Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a motivated, relational, and team-oriented therapist who:

This position primarily requires in-person work at our office, with the option for a hybrid schedule. Evening availability is typically needed. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

  • Full-time: 32+ hours/week, 30+ clients/week

  • Part-time: 15+ hours/week, 12+ clients/week

Requirements
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work.

  • Active Wisconsin license (PhD, PsyD, PMHNP, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).

  • Experience with diverse client populations and issues, including trauma, attachment, grief, life transitions, and identity concerns.

  • Multicultural competence and a commitment to professional growth.

  • One or more of the following specialties:

    • Substance Abuse Treatment – Wisconsin license (CSAC, SAC, SAC-IT).

    • Trauma-Informed Care – Experience with complex trauma.

    • Couples Therapy – EFT/Gottman training (or willingness to train).

    • Child/Family Therapy – Experience working with young children, adolescents, and families.
