Accessing Your Client Portal

Existing Portal Users

If you’ve already set up and verified your portal account, log in here:

If you’re an existing client but haven’t yet verified your account:

  • Please contact our office and we’ll be happy to help you get started. 

  • Watch for an email invitation from TherapyPortal.com.

  • Open the invitation and click Create Client Portal Account.

  • Enter the client’s date of birth and create a password.

    • Format: M/D/YYYY (example: 9/1/2010).

    • Do not use leading zeros (✅ 9/1/2010, ❌ 09/01/2010).
