Therapy FAQ's

Billing & Insurance FAQ's

  • What Is Therapy?
Therapy offers a supportive space for individuals of all ages to navigate life’s challenges, transitions, or uncertainties. It’s a place where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions, process experiences, and gain clarity in a way that feels meaningful to you. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution or a quick fix. Rather, therapy is about exploring your experiences with curiosity, gaining insight, and working through life’s complexities. At CA, we view therapy as a collaborative journey where trust and connection are key. We strive to provide a supportive and welcoming space where you feel at ease sharing your thoughts and experiences. A strong partnership with your therapist can foster personal growth, deepen self-awareness, and support you in creating healthier relationships and more fulfilling habits.
  • What Age Groups Do You Work With?
Our therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Let us know your specific needs so we can match you with the right therapist.
  • How Do I Know If Therapy Is Right For Me?
Therapy can help if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with specific issues like anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. Many people also seek therapy for personal growth or to improve their coping skills.
