Jessie is especially passionate about helping those impacted by trauma. Her therapeutic approach begins by creating a strong foundation of safety and healthy coping strategies. What do you like about being a therapist?

I truly value the collaborative nature of therapy. I enjoy working with individuals to define clear,

meaningful goals and explore what might be standing in the way of reaching them. Whether it’s building coping skills, finding practical solutions, or offering emotional support, I’m committed to helping clients create a path that leads to resilience, confidence, and well-being

What is your favorite quote?

“Change will only come when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of change.” Tony Robbins

What is your “go-to” creative or restorative outlet?

Spending time outdoors—whether I’m fishing, camping, riding ATVs, or just exploring—is my go-to way to recharge and reconnect.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

I believe we all have superpowers within us. Sometimes we just need the right support and space to discover and trust our own abilities.
