I firmly believe that great clinicians never stop learning. That's why we host quarterly training sessions complete with CEUs, no need to scramble for continuing education credits or spend your own money on expensive workshops. These trainings cover everything from new therapeutic techniques to working with specific populations, and they're designed based on what our team actually needs and wants to learn about.

We also take ethics seriously here. Our bi-yearly ethics and boundaries training isn't just about meeting requirements, it's about creating a culture where we can openly discuss challenging situations, learn from each other's experiences, and maintain the highest professional standards. These sessions often become some of our most valuable discussions as a team.
